Building surveys were formally known as full structural surveys, and these are suitable for older, more complex properties. Grade II listed properties are included in this, and it’s the best way to get an insight into your home, or potential home. The comprehensive report is incredibly detailed, and it reports of the overall condition of the property. Photographs are included, and all defects are noted.
Home Purchase Reports
Previously known as home buyer reports, this is a survey suitable for newer properties. Everything from modern new builds to Victorian and Edwardian homes is included, even though some may not be considered “new” by the general public. This is an intermediate, level 2 report, and it gives you photographs, construction details, and a list of defects.
