Anthony Osborne

FRICS Chartered Surveyor

 Anthony is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors having qualified in 1974. He was originally employed by the newly formed Avon County Council in the estates services department dealing with all types of property transactions. (Gap) undertaking residential surveys in 1984 in and around the Bristol area and has a wealth of experience of all types of both residential and commercial properties including larger period and listed properties.

Joseph Osborne

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

Joseph is a Chartered Building Surveyor and qualified in 2018. He initially worked for a large firm of Chartered Building Surveyors in Bristol where he gained valuable experience in residential construction, commercial, project management and pre-acquisition surveys. He has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial properties to include older period and listed properties.

Lucy is our much-valued client services manager who successfully manages our busy office to include dealing with enquiries and providing fee quotations, arranging appointments and dealing with our client’s enquiries both before and after the survey has been carried out.
